A new coffee shop — where Brookside and Waldo meet — is offering a breakfast and lunch menu, along with a variety of retail goods from local vendors.

Colorado mountain-themed Front Range Coffeehouse & Provisions has a “soft opening” sign on its front door at 400 E. Gregory Blvd., at the northeast corner of Gregory and Oak Street.

The drink menu includes coffees, matcha, chai lattes, hot chocolate and teas.

It also has Parisi breakfast sandwiches such as an egg and cheese waffle with bacon or sausage, and vegetarian chorizo burritos, along with vegan breakfast options from Mattie’s Foods. Lunch options include hot panini sandwiches, as well as cold sandwiches such as a caprese sandwich or turkey bacon croissant. Other menu items include pastries and grab-and-go salads.

Front Range is a sister concept of Made in KC, which has stores and cafes across the metro. There also is a Front Range in Fairway.

The retail area sells a variety of specialty products from local vendors — Meat Mitch Whomp! BBQ popcorn, Granola Jones granola, Guys potato chips, Messner Bee Farm honey sticks, and Indigo Wild’s soap, as well as candles, puzzles and more.

Hours are currently 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.

The space previously housed an art gallery.
