Multiple health code violations: A KC China Feast, a Johnson County Casey’s, more

Here are area restaurants with seven or more priority or critical health code violations, with highlighted links to some original public record reports by city or county health inspectors.

Restaurants correct most violations at the time of the original inspection or shortly thereafter. Links to the follow-up inspections show how each establishment has corrected or is working to correct any remaining violations.

The Kansas City Health Department cited these operations for seven or more critical health code violations:

China Feast, 200 E. Linwood Blvd., had 12 critical violations during an April 15 routine inspection.

McLain’s Bakery, deli, 201 E. Gregory Blvd., had eight critical violations during an April 13 routine inspection.

One Stop, deli, 4511 E. Truman Road, had eight critical violations during an April 13 routine inspection.

Panaderia de las Americas, 826 Southwest Blvd., had eight critical violations during an April 17 routine inspection.

1VP Restaurant, 6024 Troost Ave., had seven critical violations during an April 15 routine inspection.

Wings Cafe, 516 N.W. Englewood Road, had seven critical violations during an April 15 routine inspection.

Casey’s, 13406 W. 151st St., Olathe, had 10 priority violations during an April 15 routine inspection.

Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar, 16110 W. 135th St., Olathe, had seven priority violations during an April 12 routine inspection.

Ginger Sue’s, 14178 W. 119th St., Olathe, had seven priority violations during an April 13 routine inspection.

Hallbrook Country Club, 11200 Overbrook Road, Leawood, had seven priority violations during an April 13 inspection following a complaint.

Hy-Vee, 8900 W. 135th St., Overland Park, had seven priority violations during an April 13 inspection following a complaint.
