It’s back: Minsky’s + Joe’s Kansas City BBQ pizza returns after selling out last time

A year ago, two local favorites — Minsky’s Pizza Cafe & Bar and Joe’s Kansas City Bar-B-Que — teamed up on a wildly popular limited edition pizza.

Now the Minsky’s + Joe’s Kansas City Bar-B-Que Gourmet Pizza special is back for Memorial Day — and a short time after.

It will be made with a choice of Minsky’s crust sprinkled with Joe’s french fry seasoning and topped with Joe’s barbecue sauce, Wisconsin mozzarella cheese and Joe’s slow-smoked brisket, pulled pork, and burnt ends. It can only be ordered in the large size and comes with a side of pickles.

It will be on Minsky’s menu starting Memorial Day.

Then it will be available Mondays through Wednesdays while supplies last at all 18 area locations and Lawrence, and for delivery. A few Minsky’s are reopening with limited table service (following state, county and city guidelines).

In 2019, Minsky’s expected to run the promotion for six weeks but was sold out within three weeks.
