Kansas grocery stores, sushi restaurants and a pizza chain had multiple code violations
Here are recent Kansas City-area health inspections. Inspections were compiled for March 30.
Restaurants and grocery stores correct most violations at the time of the original inspection or shortly thereafter.

The Kansas Department of Agriculture cited these operations for seven or more priority health code violations. Direct links are not available.
▪ Hy-Vee, 13400 W. 87th Street Parkway, Lenexa, had 15 priority violations during a March 16 inspection following a complaint.
▪ Sun Fresh, 2803 S. 47th St., Kansas City, Kansas, had 15 priority violations during a March 10 inspection.
▪ Sakura Sushi Train, 7474 Nieman Road, Shawnee, had 13 priority violations during a March 12 inspection following a complaint.
▪ Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom, 11969 S. Strang Line Road, Olathe, had 11 priority violations during a March 16 inspection following a complaint.
▪ Sushi Mido, 6010 Nieman Road, Shawnee, had 10 priority violations during a March 17 inspection following a complaint.
▪ Taqueria 7 Leguas, 1706 Central Ave., Kansas City, Kansas, had 10 priority violations during a March 17 inspection following a complaint.
▪ Hereford House, 17244 Midland Drive, Shawnee, had eight priority violations during a March 18 routine inspection.
▪ Asian Market & Bistro, 108 N. Chester St., Olathe, had seven priority violations during a March 17 routine inspection.
▪ China Garden Buffet, 5860 Antioch Road, Merriam, had seven priority violations during a Feb. 24 routine inspection.
▪ Ika Grill, Camelot Court, 11725 Roe Ave., Leawood, had seven priority violations during a March 12 routine inspection.
▪ La Poblanita, 33570 Lexington Ave., De Soto, Kansas, had seven priority violations during a March 16 routine inspection.
▪ Mission Hills Country Club, main kitchen, 5400 Mission Drive, Mission Hills, had seven priority violations during a March 12 routine inspection.
