Two Northland restaurants were demolished to make way for a new multi-tenant building scheduled to debut this month.

The 11,500-square-foot building, in Boardwalk Square, went up on the site of the freestanding Winstead’s and Kato Japanese Sushi Bar. Rubenstein Real Estate Company LC is the developer.

The four tenants:

Panera Bread, currently just across the street, plans to relocate by the end of the year.

Aspen Dental expects to open by the end of the year.

Supplement Superstores, which has four other shops in the metro, plans an early February opening. The St. Louis-based company sells nutritional supplements.

uBreakiFix will relocate its Zona Rosa shop with a scheduled early 2020 opening. The repair company services electronic devices including smartphones, game consoles, tablets, computers, laptops and iPads.

Other Boardwalk Square tenants include Applebee’s Grill & Bar, the Big Biscuit, China Wok and Pho Cafe.
