New Northland building on old Winstead’s site will have Panera, three other tenants
Two Northland restaurants were demolished to make way for a new multi-tenant building scheduled to debut this month.
The 11,500-square-foot building, in Boardwalk Square, went up on the site of the freestanding Winstead’s and Kato Japanese Sushi Bar. Rubenstein Real Estate Company LC is the developer.
The four tenants:
▪ Panera Bread, currently just across the street, plans to relocate by the end of the year.
▪ Aspen Dental expects to open by the end of the year.
▪ Supplement Superstores, which has four other shops in the metro, plans an early February opening. The St. Louis-based company sells nutritional supplements.
▪ uBreakiFix will relocate its Zona Rosa shop with a scheduled early 2020 opening. The repair company services electronic devices including smartphones, game consoles, tablets, computers, laptops and iPads.
Other Boardwalk Square tenants include Applebee’s Grill & Bar, the Big Biscuit, China Wok and Pho Cafe.
