KC-area restaurant inspections: Multiple violations for Leawood, Legends Outlets spots

Here are recent Kansas City-area restaurant inspections. Inspections were compiled for Nov. 11.

Restaurants correct most violations at the time of the original inspection or shortly thereafter.

The Kansas Department of Agriculture cited these operations for seven or more priority health code violations. Direct links are not available.

Granite City Brewery, Legends Outlets, 1701 Village West Parkway, Kansas City, Kansas, had 12 priority violations during a Nov. 5 standardization inspection.

Wendy’s, 8220 W. 135th St., Overland Park, had 12 priority violations during a Nov. 5 routine inspection.

Dos Reales Authentic Mexican Restaurant, 6453 Quivira Road, Shawnee, had 11 priority violations during a Nov. 5 inspection following a complaint.

Payless Discount Foods, 2101 E. Santa Fe St., Olathe, had 10 priority violations during a Nov. 6 routine inspection.

Santa Fe Cafe, 9946 W. 87th St., Overland Park, had 10 priority violations during a Nov. 5 routine inspection.

Sprouts Farmers Market, 6821 W. 135th St., Overland Park, had 10 priority violations during a Nov. 6 standardization inspection.

Talk of the Town Grill & Bar, 5201 W. 135th St., Leawood, had 10 priority violations during a Nov. 8 follow-up inspection.

McDonald’s, 22315 W. 66th St., Shawnee, had nine priority violations during a Nov. 4 routine inspection.

Houlihan’s, 2820 W. 53rd St., Fairway, had eight priority violations during a Nov. 7 inspection following a complaint.

McDonald’s, 606 S. 130th St., Bonner Springs, had eight priority violations during a Nov. 4 standardization inspection.

QuikTrip, 10700 Roe Ave., Overland Park, had seven priority violations during a Nov. 4 routine inspection.

Hamburger Mary’s, 3700 Broadway, had 10 critical violations during a Nov. 7 routine inspection.

Extra Virgin, 1900 Main St., had seven critical violations during a Nov. 4 routine inspection.
