Diagnostic Imaging Centers to occupy more than half of new Overland Park medical building

Diagnostic Imaging Centers, a medical imaging clinic in Overland Park, will be the main tenant in a new office building that VanTrust Real Estate broke ground on Wednesday.

VanTrust has started construction on the 79,000-square-footbuilding at 6650 W. 110th St. in Overland Park. The developer took down the former building that occupied that site, which once served as a Sprint facility.

Diagnostic Imaging Centers will occupy 42,000 square feet at VanTrust’s new building.

McCown Gordon Construction is VanTrust’s contractor on the project. It expects to finish work on the building a year from now.
