Ecco Select’s chief operating officer becomes a part owner
Ecco Select, a Kansas City-based information technology services company, said its chief operating officer, Elizabeth DeZeeuw, has become a part owner. She joined the company last year.
“I am delighted to have Elizabeth as a partner, especially given her strong background in leading growth and strategy for several top performing IT companies,” Ecco president and chief executive Jeanette Prenger said in an announcement. “Elizabeth’s unique understanding of the industry will be instrumental in the growth of our company and serving the needs of our clients.”
As chief operating officer, DeZeeuw’s focus is on expanding the company’s information technology services, including enterprise architecture, program management, managed deployment, rapid deployment, infrastructure strategy, security and analytics.
Ecco Select, a minority- and woman-owned company, last year received about $1 million through the Missouri Department of Economic Development for an expansion that included a new headquarters and additional jobs.
