Ferrellgas chief financial officer resigns

Ryan VanWinkle has resigned as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Ferrellgas Partners L.P.

The Overland Park-based company said VanWinkle “had played a key role in helping Ferrellgas growth both operationally and financially.” VanWinkle left to pursue other opportunities, the company said.

Alan Heitmann, a senior vice president of finance and investor relations, will serve as chief financial officer while the company conducts an executive search process for a permanent replacement.
