Kansas City Fed appoints deputy director for diversity practices
The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City has hired Andrea Hendricks as the deputy director of the Office of Minority and Women Inclusion.
Hendricks will oversee the bank’s diversity practices, including employee recruitment, community partnerships and vendor contracts.
She previously worked at Kansas City-based UMB Financial Corp. and led diversity and inclusion programs across a 10-state region. Hendricks also has experience in nonprofits, higher education and financial services.
