Health Care Foundation of Greater Kansas City awards $732,000 in grants
The Health Care Foundation of Greater Kansas City granted 15 area nonprofit organizations a total of $732,000 in February and March in response to specific requests.
Recipients of the monthly grants, capped at $75,000 each: Ad Hoc Group Against Crime, Breaking the Cycle of Domestic Violence, Child Abuse Prevention Association, Developing Potential Inc., Ivanhoe Neighborhood Council, Kansas City Keys Community Council Inc., Kansas City Kansas Community College, Kansas Head Start Association, Missouri Health Care For All, Niles Home for Children, Rose Brooks Center Inc., Safehome Inc., Secondary Trauma Resource Center, The Whole Person Inc. and Upper Room Inc.
