St. Luke’s to open Wichita clinic

A new St. Luke’s Kidney Transplant Satellite Clinic will open in Wichita in August to serve people who need kidney transplants. The Kansas City-based hospital system said patients evaluated at the Wichita clinic will be placed on St. Luke’s kidney transplant waiting list. St. Luke’s said its average program wait time is 14.8 months for a transplant.
