Kansas City research institute names 2014 honoree

Robert Mikulak, U.S ambassador to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, will receive the 2014 Citation Award from MRIGlobal, the Kansas City-based research institute announced Tuesday. The annual leadership award will be presented Oct. 14, honoring Mikulak’s 40-year career focused on the reduction and prohibition of chemical and biological weapons.
