Time Warner Cable adding sales positions

Time Warner Cable said it is adding more than 20 full-time sales positions in Kansas City and will hold a job event Thursday to interview candidates.

The company said the direct sales employees will be responsible for marketing door-to-door cable, internet, phone and security/home management services to new customers. Average salaries are $40,000 to $60,000, with top performers earnings about $100,000, Time Warner said.

Benefits include healthcare, a pension plan, matched 401(k) contributions and more.

Company representatives will be available from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Time Warner’s Kansas City office at 6550 Winchester Ave.
