Cerner appoints ‘population health’ leader

Cerner Corp. said Friday that senior vice president John Glaser will lead the company’s population health organization, effective April 1. The business unit focuses on researching patient health data to improve health care outcomes and reduce the costs of care. Glaser will be particularly focused on governmental health policy.
