EPR Properties reports increases in quarterly profit and revenue
EPR Properties on Wednesday reported a slightly higher profit in its fourth quarter, boosted by a 7 percent increase in revenue.
The Kansas City-based real estate investment trust earned $46.8 million for the three months that ended Dec. 31, up from a $46.7 million profit for the same period in 2014.
Revenue climbed to $112 million in the quarter from $104.7 million for the same quarter a year earlier.
For the year, EPR earned $170.7 million on revenue of $421 million, compared with earnings of $155.8 million on $385.1 million in revenue.
