Kansas City seminar to share tips on aging well

A seminar on living well in the “second half of life” will be offered from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friday, June 27, at Villa Ventura, 12100 Wornall Rd. The event is free and open to the public.

Topics include lifelong learning, exercise, spirituality, technology and community development.

Sponsors and presenters include Senior Star at Villa Ventura; University of Missouri-Kansas City’s Consortium on Aging in Community; Humana; and Sage-ing International; Mid-Continent Public Library; MU Extension Service; Red Bridge YMCA; Carondelet Manor, and Senior Peers Actively Renewing Knowledge (SPARK).
