Spencer Fane expands to Oklahoma City

The Kansas City-based law firm of Spencer Fane on Monday announced its expansion to Oklahoma City through the addition of nine attorneys and their staff from the law firm of Lester, Loving & Davies, which is dissolving to become a part of Spencer Fane.

The Oklahoma firm, founded in 1996, was named after Andy Lester, a former U.S. magistrate judge, Susan Loving, a former Oklahoma attorney general, and Shannon Davies, an Oklahoma Employment Security commissioner.

Spencer Fane now has about 170 attorneys and offices in Overland Park, Jefferson City, Springfield, Mo., St. Louis, Omaha and Denver.
