Former Sprint CEO Dan Hesse joins Adknowledge board

Former Sprint chief executive Dan Hesse has joined the board of directors at Kansas City-based Adknowledge, a digital marketing technology company.

It is the second corporate board Hesse has joined after taking a year off from the corporate world. He joined the board of PNC Financial Service Group early this month after leading Overland Park-based Sprint from 2007 to 2014.

Adknowledge said Hesse will help direct its mobile-first strategy.

Adknowledge operates in North America, South America, Europe and Asia.
