St. Luke’s Health System plans a rehabilitation facility
St. Luke’s Health System said Tuesday that it is partnering with Centerre Healthcare of Nashville to build a new 60-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Kansas City.
Site selection is not finalized, and a certificate of need approval must be obtained, but plans call for a 60,000-square-foot facility to open in 2016.
The rehabilitation hospital will focus on stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, amputations and other major rehabilitation conditions.
