Two Kansas City area commercial real estate firms merge

Two Kansas City area commercial real estate firms merged at the beginning of the year.

NAI LaSala-Sonnenberg and Lee & Associates Kansas City are now operating under the temporary name of NAI LaSala-Sonnenberg Heartland, according to a news release. The combined company is at 4400 College Blvd. in Overland Park. It has 16 brokers and seven staff workers, including property management.

The real estate company will change its name to NAI Heartland Commercial on Jan. 1, 2017.

The merged firm, among other things, offers retail, office and industrial brokerage services as well as property management.
