North Kansas City Hospital opens first express care clinic

Meritas Health, a subsidiary of North Kansas City Hospital, has opened its first walk-in clinic at the Liberty Hy-Vee grocery store at 109 N. Blue Jay Drive.

The Meritas Health Express clinic is open seven days a week to provide medical services for adults and children ages 18 months and older. Services include immunizations, physical exams, wellness screenings and treatment for minor illnesses, injuries and skin conditions. The clinic is staffed by advanced nurse practitioners, with oversight from primary care physicians from Meritas Health.

The clinic is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
