New job assistance program in Kansas City, Kan.

Learning to Earning, a program that began at Metropolitan Lutheran Ministry’s central office in Kansas City, has expanded to a site in Kansas City, Kan.

MLM and Wyandotte County officials have opened the new financial literacy and employment assistance site at 750 Armstrong Ave. in downtown Kansas City, Kan.

The program includes one-on-one coaching, help with work searches and completing GED courses, and tackling personal financial issues that get in the way of employment.
