Bob Bixby, executive director of Concord Coalition, to speak in KC

Bob Bixby, executive director of the Concord Coalition, will be the featured speaker next Tuesday at an event sponsored by the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce and the Polsinelli law firm.

Bixby will address federal fiscal reform issues. The nonpartisan Concord Coalition advocates for fiscal responsibility in federal government.

The program is part of the Kansas City Chamber and Polsinelli “Public Policy Up Close” speakers series.

The event will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the InterContinental hotel on the Country Club Plaza. This event is open to the public, but requires a pre-purchased ticket. The chamber-member rate is $45 and non-members are $60.
