Property sales bring DST Systems $129 million

Kansas City-based DST Systems Inc. has sold four production facilities, including one in Kansas City, and leased the properties back to keep using them.

The company provides printing, design, mailing and other services at the centers. It collected $129 million for three properties in the United States and one in Canada.

DST said it gained $39.9 million on the sales. Its leases run for 14 years for the U.S. properties, which include ones in California and Connecticut, and 12 years in Canada.
