Seattle Fish Co. is expanding into a new processing and distribution center in Riverside.
The seafood supplier, which serves more than 500 restaurants in the Midwest, will move this weekend into a 29,000-square-foot building at 4300 N. Mattox Road.
The company has operated in the Kansas City area since 2003.
Seattle Fish said it supplies Bonefish Grill, Cheesecake Factory, Whole Foods, Sprouts, 801, PB&J Groups, Drunken Fish, Kona Grill and Nara, among other area restaurants that specialize in fresh seafood or sushi. It also supplies hotels, caterers and grocers.
