Cottonwood Springs Hospital opening in Olathe

Cottonwood Springs, a 72-bed behavioral hospital, will officially open Tuesday in Olathe with an open house and ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The facility, located at 13351 S. Arapaho Drive, will offer free assessments and comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services to adults and family members dealing with mental health and addiction issues.

The hospital said it expects to create about 140 jobs. Jason Toalson is the hospital’s chief executive officer.
