Steve Wozniak tickets on sale for Nov. 19 Kansas City appearance
Ticket sales have started for the Nov. 19 appearance by Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak. His 7 p.m. program at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts is part of the Helzberg Entrepreneurial Mentoring Program’s 20th anniversary celebration.
Mike Lundgren, founder of TEDxKC and director of innovation strategy at the VML marketing agency, will moderate the discussion with Wozniak. Lundgren worked at Apple from 1989 to 1997 as director of worldwide market development.
Tickets start at $75 and are available at www.kauffmancenter.org and the Kauffman Center box office.
The Helzberg program was started in 1995 by Barnett Helzberg Jr., former owner and president of Helzberg Diamonds. The program says it has helped its mentored companies increase their revenue an average of 43 percent and their employment an average of 30 percent.
