KCI passenger traffic topped 1 million in July

For the first time since 2008, monthly passenger traffic at Kansas City International Airport has exceeded 1 million.

The Kansas City Aviation Department reported that total July passenger traffic at KCI reached 1.02 million, up 3.9 percent from the same month in 2014.

It also marked the 15th consecutive month of year-over-year passenger growth at the airport.
