Olathe retirement center begins an addition

A retirement community at 13800 W. 116th St. in Olathe, will hold a groundbreaking this afternoon for The Plaza at Santa Marta. The $11 million expansion will add skilled nursing and assisted living accommodations and a larger physical therapy gym. The project is scheduled for completion in early 2017.
