EPR Properties generates higher revenue, profits

EPR Properties on Tuesday reported increases in second quarter revenue and profits.

The Kansas City-based real estate investment trust said revenue climbed 10 percent to $101.3 million for the three months that ended June 30 compared with a year earlier.

Quarterly net earnings increased to $42.8 million, from $34.8 million in the same period last year.

EPR said its investment spending during the quarter totaled $198.3 million.
