KCI industrial park to add another warehouse

The Kansas City Aviation Department, Trammell Crow Co. and Clarion Partners will break ground at 10 a.m. Tuesday on a 433,000-square-foot building in the KCI Intermodal BusinessCentre. CBRE is the broker on the speculative warehouse at 10221 N.W. Transcon Drive, which is south of Kansas City International Airport.
