Overland Park Regional Medical Center opens new cancer treatment facility

Overland Park Regional Medical Center on Thursday officially opened its new cancer treatment facility, which will provide comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services under one roof on the hospital’s campus.

The Sarah Cannon Cancer Center at Overland Park Regional Medical Center will bring together medical oncology, surgical breast oncology, gynecologic oncology, outpatient cancer therapies, genetic counseling, specialized oncology and other services. Midwest Breast Care will be adjacent to the facility.

The cost of the project was not disclosed.

The medical center at 10500 Quivira Road is part of HCA Midwest Health.
