EyeVerify lands business in Turkey

Kansas City-based EyeVerify, creator of the Eyeprint ID, has expanded its footprint.

The company, which sells technology that scans the blood vessels in the whites of the eye to confirm identity, has reached a multi-year licensing and marketing agreement to distribute Eyeprint ID in Turkey.

Olcsan CAD will be the exclusive reseller and distributor under the new agreement. Vodafone Turkey will offer mobile users the Eyeprint ID option instead of using traditional passwords.

EyeVerify now has distribution partnerships and customers in Australia and China along with several banking customers using the technology in western Europe.
