Workforce and education summit set for Kansas City

The Mid-America Regional Council will present education and workforce statistics for the Kansas City area in a conference planned for Nov. 4. The “Greater KC Workforce and Education Summit,” to be held at the Kauffman Foundation Conference Center, aligns with several metro-area efforts to prepare the workforce for high-demand jobs. It also will introduce the Lumina Foundation’s Community Partnership for Attainment, a post-secondary career education program. Registration is requested online at MARC.org.
