Legacy Development drops RED from its name

Real estate development company RED Legacy has changed its name to Legacy Development.

The company has changed its name partly to clarify an identity separate from RED Development, which was founded in 1995.

RED Legacy began operating under that name three years ago. Some of its development projects include the Legends Outlets in Kansas City, Kan., One Daytona in Florida and Streets of Brentwood in California,
