Jim Holland succeeds Brian Finucane as managing partner at Fisher & Phillips

The Kansas City law firm of Fisher & Phillips LLP said Wednesday that Jim Holland has succeeded Brian Finucane as managing partner of the firm.

Finucane, who has held the position for nine years, will remain in full-time practice with the firm.

Holland, who has practiced in Kansas City for 19 years, focuses on labor and employment litigation. As managing partner, he will work to expand the firm’s employment and labor law business.
