The Roasterie’s Danny O’Neill will speak at small-business event
Danny O’Neill, founder and chief executive of The Roasterie, will be the featured speaker Friday at a small-business program sponsored by the Clay County Economic Development Council and the Mid-Continent Public Library.
The event, which is free and open to the public, starts at 8:30 a.m. at Mid-Continent’s Woodneath Library Center, 8900 N. Flintlock Road in Kansas City, North.
O’Neill will share the entrepreneurial story of his Kansas City specialty coffee roasting company. There also will be sessions on evaluating a business idea, market research and financing.
