Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak will headline Helzberg mentoring program celebration
Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak will be the featured speaker at the Helzberg Entrepreneurial Mentoring Program’s 20th anniversary celebration on Nov. 19 in Kansas City.
The program will be in Helzberg Hall at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts. Advance group tickets of 10 or more seats went on sale Wednesday at www.hempkc.org.
Individual tickets will be available starting Sept. 15.
The Helzberg mentoring program was founded in 1995 by Barnett Helzberg Jr., the former owner and president of Helzberg Diamonds. Since then, more than 300 entrepreneurs have participated in the program, which matches successful businessmen with less experienced entrepreneurs.
At the November event, the first inductee into a new Helzberg Entrepreneurial Mentoring Program Hall of Fame will be announced.
