Kansas City job fair set for May 12

Job hunters are invited to a recruiting fair planned for May 12 at the Sheraton Kansas City Hotel at Crown Center. The event is sponsored by the Women’s Employment Network but is open to men and women alike.

The career fair will be held from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Attendance is expected by Bank Midwest, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City, Kansas City Southern, St. Luke’s Health System, U.S. Bank, UPS, the Westin Crown Center and Sheraton hotels and other employers.

No pre-registration is required. Parking will be validated for up to three hours. Jobs hunters are asked to dress professionally and bring resumes. More information is posted at kcwen.org.
