Senior housing coming to Richmond, Mo.

Ground will be broken this week on a $7 million senior living center in Richmond, Mo., developer ClearPath Senior Holdings and ARCO Construction said in a news release. The living center, Oak Pointe of Richmond, will be the first licensed senior living facility in Ray County, the release said.

The groundbreaking is set for 1 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Highway 13 and Crispin Street. The center will provide assisted living and memory care, and bring 40 jobs to Richmond, the companies said. ClearPath Senior Holdings is based in Webster Groves, Mo.
