Houston Astros parody St. Joe’s East Hills mall ad

“Mitts and hats and mitts and hats” isn’t quite as catchy as “Boots and pants and boots and pants.”

But that didn’t stop Houston Astros pitchers Dallas Keuchel and Collin McHugh from making their own parody of the viral commercial for St. Joseph’s East Hills Shopping Center.

East Hill’s quirky back-to-school commercial gained notoriety this week for possibly being “the worst local commercial.”

The commercial has mall tenants singing about what’s available at the mall.

Afters seeing the commercial, some people couldn’t stop saying, “Boots and pants and boots and pants.”

In their commercial, Keuchel and McHugh offer examples of what’s available at their fictional mall.

“Jerseys”

“Pine tar. Pine Tar. Come get your pine tar.”

“Cups.”

And of course, “Mitts and hats and mitts and hats.”
