Annual Western Farm Show set for this weekend

The Western Farm Show, featuring the latest in farm and ranching equipment, will return to the American Royal Complex in Kansas City this weekend.

The 54th annual show, which will be held Friday through Sunday, also features new farming technology, low-stress livestock handling demonstrations, and a Taste of Home magazine cooking demonstration.

The Championship Truck and Tractor Pull is set for Friday and Saturday nights at Kemper Arena, an event expected to draw about 150 drivers and vehicles from throughout the Midwest.

Show hours at the American Royal complex are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
