Morgan Wallen’s concerts in Kansas City will be hot ones, Arrowhead warns fans
Much of country superstar Morgan Wallen’s lyrical content features alcohol references, but you may want to tone down the whiskey shots at his Kansas City shows this week.
The “Last Night” singer brings his One Night At A Time tour to Kansas City on Thursday and Friday with singers Lainey Wilson, Nate Smith and Ella Langley. It’s expected to be a hot one Thursday, with temperatures expected to reach the mid-90s, and a heat index in the 105 range, according to the National Weather Service.
Ahead of the shows at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, the stadium said on social media that fans coming on either day should be prepared for the weather. They recommend that fans wear light-colored, loose fitting clothing and can bring the following:
- One factory-sealed 20-ounce bottle of water. Fans can refill the bottles at water fountains located throughout the stadium.
- Small rechargeable fans without dry cell batteries
