Wheeler Auctions & Real Estate will sell the property at 35304 S. Barnard Road, Archie, Mo., at 10 a.m. June 28 and will follow that auction by selling an extensive list of personal property that includes several collections, farm equipment, fishing boat, pontoon boat, tools, building material and household items.
An open house from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, June 8, will allow potential buyers to tour the property, view the home and lake, and analyze the many amenities before the auction.
The main house has three bedrooms and 31/2 bathrooms in an open design. The large dining room across the back of the house flows to the living room overlooking the lake.
