Country star returns to KC area for concert in June. Tickets on sale soon
Country star Dierks Bentley is familiar face to Kansas City’s concert scene. The 15-time Grammy-nominated singer last performed in the area in 2024, and he’s making his way back in summer 2026.
The singer announced his latest stop will take him to the Morton Amphitheater in Riverside Saturday, June 13, for his Off The Map Tour. The new venue now has 29 shows booked between June and October, and Bentley’s will be the second after opening.
“I feel like I’ve been playing there my whole life, but I can’t remember the exact tour dates,” Bentley said in an interview with The Star in 2024. “I’m always living in the present, but (Kansas City’s) always a special town to play in.”
Presale tickets are available for Live Nation members starting at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 19. It’s free to sign up, and no code is necessary to gain access. Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 20, on Ticketmaster.
Bentley released his 12th album “Broken Branches” in 2025, with the single “She Hates Me,” featuring writing credits from Wes Scantlin, the Kansas City-born frontman of grunge rock band Puddle of Mudd.
The 50-year-old Bentley previously said he’s able to keep his body fresh for touring because he’s trained pilot who flies himself to tour destinations. Fans can expect to see him moving around while performing favorites like “What Was I Thinkin’,” “Drunk On A Plane,” “5-1-5-0” and “Beers On Me.”
Joining him in Riverside are country artists Ricky Skaggs and Owen Riegling.
