Two music icons will perform at Arrowhead Stadium next summer. Here’s who they are
Music icons Stevie Nicks and Billy Joel will bring their 2023 stadium tour this summer to Kansas City, promoter Live Nation Entertainment announced Friday.
The two Rock & Roll Hall of Famers will perform on Aug. 19 at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.
Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Dec. 2 at ticketmaster.com. A presale for Citi cardmembers will begin at 10 a.m. Nov. 28 and run until 10 p.m. Dec. 1 through the the Citi Entertainment program.
Although the artists have each performed in Kansas City before, the stadium concert in August will be the first time the two have shared the same stage in Missouri.
Joel, a singer, songwriter and composer, is one of the most popular recording artists. He’s been inducted into the Songwriter’s Hall of Fame, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and has received numerous industry awards.
Nicks, a singer, songwriter and storyteller, is one of rock ‘n’ roll’s most successful artists. She is the first woman to have been inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame twice.
