Scrooge will begin his traditional stay in Kansas City, plus other holiday happenings

The Kansas City Repertory Theatre will present “Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol,” starring Gary Neal Johnson as Scrooge, starting this weekend at Spencer Theatre.

KC Rep’s annual holiday production will open at 8 p.m. Nov. 18 and run through Dec. 24. Tickets ($39-$104) are available at kcrep.org.
