New father Mike Moustakas, other Royals players share photos of their babies

It is certainly a disappointing and difficult season for Royals third baseman Mike Moustakas, but there was a little bundle of joy on Tuesday.

That’s the day Moustakas’ wife Stephanie gave birth to their baby girl, Mila Constance. I’m not sure, but Mila’s middle name could be in honor of Mike Moustakas’ mom, Connie, who died last year.

Moustakas is out for the season with an ACL injury in his right knee, but the birth of his daughter clearly has made him a happy man. Moustakas shared a photo on Instagram:

Mila Constance Moustakas born 8/30/16. So happy to be this beautiful little girls daddy. Love you Mila and @stephymoose
