Chiefs center Mitch Morse ruled out for Saturday’s playoff game
Center Mitch Morse will miss the Chiefs’ AFC wild-card playoff game Saturday at Houston because of a concussion.
Morse was listed as out by the Chiefs on their injury report Friday. The rookie from Missouri had started 15 of 16 games this season. He missed a game earlier in the season because of a concussion. Zach Fulton likely will start in Morse’s place.
Listed as questionable for the Chiefs: safety Husain Abdullah (concussion), outside linebackers Tamba Hali (thumb) and Dee Ford (concussion).
Abdullah and Ford were listed as full practice participants on Friday, Hali a limited participant.
For the Texans, outside linebacker Jadeveon Clowney was listed as questionable because of foot injury.
